SOS! Send help! 


I am looking into ways that I can get my daily dose of caffeine [or other means for energy] without necessarily depending on cups and cups of coffee.

One thing I’ve wanted to work on this year is monitoring my cofffee consumption. I waste a disgusting amount of money on coffee every month, and am not a really big fan of drinking coffee black. So far, I have relentlessly failed. In the last 8 days I’ve probably drank more cups of coffee than I can count on my hands and toes combined.

If you know any tricks or tips on how to eliminate the overdose of caffeine while still maintaining high energy throughout the day, please let me know. xoxo.

  1. I have the same problem as you, but with Diet Coke. It’s 3:20 currently and I have already had 3. 😬 Spark by AdvoCare is a lifesaver for me (especially during finals)! Plus, it gives you vitamins and has nutritional benefits! The fruit punch flavor is my favorite.
